Status of Welker and Thomas for Sunday revealed

The reunion will happen after all.

Broncos wide receiver Wes Welker is all set to play against his former team on Sunday, the New England Patriots.

Denver released its final injury report this afternoon and Welker was listed as a full participant in Friday’s practice and probable for the game on Sunday.

Meanwhile, another one of Peyton Manning’s favorite targets this year, tight end Julius Thomas, was listed by the team as limited during Friday’s practice and is questionable for the game this weekend.

Those are the same two classifications that Broncos cornerback Champ Bailey, who’s rarely played this year, received as well. The former Pro-Bowler was a limited participant on Friday and is questionable for the showdown.

Welker will be welcomed back to Foxborough at 6:30 mountain time Sunday on NBC.
