Wade Phillips uses Twitter to answer Texans Suite Sales

Wade Phillips has spent a large majority of his life in the state of Texas, specifically Houston. Phillips who served under Gary Kubiak as the defensive coordinator the last few seasons, became the interim head coach upon Kubiak’s firing, but spent the majority of his time in Houston while his father, Bum coached the Oilers.

Phillips, the son, was fired by new Houston Texans head coach Bill O’Brien last week. It was not a surprise to anyone, but what followed from the Texans sales department was humorous to say the least.

The Texans asked Phillips if he was going to renew his luxury suite at Reliant Stadium for next season. Phillips took to Twitter to answer that question.

Good for Wade, finding humor in any situation.
