New target emerging in Titans coaching search

Now that Jay Gruden is off the market, who is the next favorite to land the head coaching job for the Tennessee Titans? According the NFL Newtork’s Ian Rapoport, Seattle Seahawks defensive coordinator Dan Quinn is a top candidate to replace recently fired Mike Munchak.

As reported by Rapoport, other candidates are Ravens offensive coordinator Jim Caldwell, Bengals defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer and former Cards head coach Ken Whisenhunt.

This list has plenty of NFL coaching experience and success, however that doesn’t always translate. This is certain, the Titans are working very hard to identify their next head coach and have plenty of interest from qualified candidates.
