Reports have the Bears bringing in two new coaches to their defensive staff. Reggie Herring will replace Tim Tibesar as the linebackers coach while long time college coach Paul Pasqualoni figures to coach the defensive line replacing Mike Phair.

Herring last spent his time with the Houston Texans as their linebackers coach and Pasqualoni is the former University of Connecticut and Syracuse head coach. He also spent six years in the NFL coaching linebackers and defensive line.

No announcement has been made yet but Pasqualoni has been spotted at the Senior Bowl sitting with the Bears staff.
