Minnesota Vikings fans hope to see more of Audie Cole in 2014


For a lot of Minnesota Vikings fans, Audie Cole made a splash during the 2012 preseason. Cole was a seventh round pick in 2012 for the Vikings, and although he made a splash amongst fans he did not see any playing time.

Cole made an even bigger splash once Erin Henderson went down with an injury this last year. In week 13 Cole was named starting middle linebacker. Cole finished the season with 45 tackles and one sack.

Linebacker was one of the Vikings weak spots in 2013, but Audie Cole was a bright spot. Here is to Cole playing a much bigger role in 2014!

    and that’s the problem in Minnesota. Fans want to see players that they identify with, i.e., white guys at that key position that’s loved MLB. There I said it. We’ve been unathletic and lacking playmakers at LB for years. EJ Henderson was somewhat of a playmaker but no one else. Greenway has been overrated his whole career. No big plays, no big stats other than tackles…..downfield.
    We need a whole new LB corp
