Wait, that’s the quarterback?


Take a look at this photo below. Its of former University of Kentucky quarterback Jared Lorenzen. Yes, that’s the quarterback. He was the backup to Eli Manning with the New York Giants before falling out of the league.

Deadspin has this gem on its site and it’s shocking to believe a man of that size continues to play quarterback.

So who is he playing for now? The Northern Kentucky River Monsters of the Continental Indoor Football League. The Hefty Lefty is back. I preferred the nickname “The Pillsbury Throwboy.”
