As we have seen so far this week the Minnesota Vikings have a pretty ugly history when it comes to quarterbacks. Following the 2000 season they made a trade with the Cleveland Browns and acquire running back Travis Prentice and one of the lest successful quarterbacks in team history, Spergon Wynn. Wynn was on the Vikings for two seasons as the third string quarterback. In 2001 he played in three games, two of which he started, due to season ending injuries to both Daunte Culpepper and Todd Bouman.
After the 2002 season Wynn made his was to the Canadian Football League where he would play for four years on 3 different teams.
Wynn now lives in Houston, Texas and is an energy trader. He has one son, Spergon IV.
