Former Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner has done something amazing. Warner and his wife Brenda are the heads of the First Things First Foundation and they teamed up with Habitat for Humanity to help a pair of single mothers become homeowners.

The women were given the keys to their new houses last Friday and the media was there as Warner cut the ribbon on one of the homes.

This video from KTVI, the Fox affiliate in St. Louis, shows the reaction of one of the women.

She thought she was just getting the house. She had no idea it was going to come furnished.

It’s great to see stories like this come out when most of what makes news nowadays is dark and dismal.
