Baltimore Ravens lock up Dennis Pitta for five years

And just like that a deal was done. On a week where cover32 is celebrating the tight end position, the Ravens do all their fans a favor and sign Dennis Pitta to a five-year deal. The contract is reportedly worth around $32.5 million, however more details are to come about the signing.

Last offseason, Baltimore had trouble keeping any mainstay on their roster. This time around the mindset is different; locking up key guys and doing it quickly. The Ravens have already done a deal with Terrell Suggs and Dennis Pitta was a high priority on the list.

Next up; Eugene Monroe. That one is looking tricky.
