Breaking: Corey Peters resigns with Falcons

The deal was reached earlier this afternoon, the contract will be for one year. Peters is expected to be rehabbing his knee up until the late portion of August. Obviously, Atlanta believes in him as a potential fit once he gets healthy. Peters will have to play his way into a long term deal, but for now Atlanta has at least one defensive pass rusher returning.
