The Carolina Panthers surprised many last year in going 12-4 and winning the NFC South. The key was their second ranked defense, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t major questions heading into the offseason with the “D,” particularly in the secondary. All four starters are set to become free agents so Carolina will have to be active in finding replacements for the ones they can’t re-sign. Newly reinstated cornerback Brandon Browner could be an option but he’ll likely be suspended to start the season, according to Adam Schefter.
