NFL free agency opens today at 4 p.m. ET officially, as the league year rolls over to the 2014 season.

Teams can now sign unrestricted free agents to new contracts and the Jacksonville Jaguars are expected to sign a few players early on in the free agent process.

We will be tracking the free agency news throughout the day and you can follow along with our live blog of the events. We’ll be keeping track of players the Jaguars show interest in and former Jaguars players who sign elsewhere. We’ll also track players we might have thought the team was interested in and where they signed and how much.

Feel free to let us know how you feel in the comments below. Enjoy!

4:31 p.m. : Looks lie the Jaguars aren’t done just yet.

4:27 p.m. : The terms of Beadles’ contract are now known.

4:09 p.m. : Looks like Gus Bradley may be getting another former Seahawk.

4:05 p.m. : The Jaguars have signed OG Zane Beadles, according to reports.

2:43 p.m. : Thankfully twitter is back up. Jaguars have been connected to another Bronco, WR Eric Decker.

This move makes a lot of sense for the Jaguars and is something I hinted at a few weeks ago in my article about Decker being a nice insurance policy for the Jaguars.

11:50 p.m. : The Jaguars have finally been linked to a free agent, Broncos OG Zane Beadles

I really hope we’re able to sign Beadles. He’d be a welcome addition to our offensive line. I wrote a few weeks ago about him being on the Jaguars radar.

10:36 a.m. : Looks like OG Jon Asamoah won’t be visiting Jacksonville. Tough for the Chiefs to lose two guards.

10:15 a.m. : Sounds more and more like Jaguars won’t have a shot at Johnson.

9:46 a.m. : OG Geoff Schwartz, someone who could fit nicely in Jacksonville, won’t be back with the Chiefs.

9:45 a.m. : Adam Schefter reports that DE Michael Johnson and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are in talks.

With Michael Bennett back in Seattle and Everson Griffin staying in Minnesota, Johnson is arguably the best defensive end on the market and someone many think belong in Jacksonville.

8:48 a.m. : The Jaguars have released RB Justin Forsett according to sources.

This move saves the Jaguars $1.05 million in cap space and hints at the idea that the Jaguars like what they have in Denard Robinson and Jordan Todman.
