Breaking: Atlanta Falcons sign a kick return specialist

Earlier this afternoon the Atlanta Falcons signed cornerback and return specialist Javier Arenas. The former Cardinal was a 2010 second round draft pick by the Kansas City Chiefs. Arenas gives Atlanta flexibility in the return game and possibly can be used as leverage to lower the negotiation prices for Devin Hester, who was reportedly seeking $3-4 million per season. Arenas signed with Atlanta for a one year deal. This signing adds depth not only in the return game, but in the secondary.
