Did any Washington Redskins make the 10 most ridiculous mugshots in NFL history?

Last weekend, Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance. It’s a serious matter, one that wound up pushing Irsay into what appears to be a much-needed stint in rehab.

Irsay looks like Snowman in Smokey and the Bandit.
