Top 10 ILBs in 2014 draft: Te’o and Butler lead talented group of Bolts

Inside linebacker in the 3-4 defense is another one of those crucial spots. With the nose tackle and defensive ends primarily taking up blocking, the inside backers need to find the ball carrier, and in San Diego, we have some of the leagues best. Manti Te’o and Donald Butler may be the best inside linebacking combination of any NFL team with a 3-4 defense. Bront Bird, Andrew Gachkar and Reggie Walker add even more depth to the position and all have quality playing experience. While San Diego needs Te’o to really blossom in 2014, I wouldn’t expect the Bolts to draft an inside linebacker unless they are frustrated with Manti’s progress — and I highly doubt it. With that being, here are the top 10 inside linebackers in the 2014 draft.
