Open letter pleads with Chris Johnson to consider the Denver Broncos

Ever since he took over as “the man” in Denver, John Elway has shocked fans time and time again in the offseason with big moves.

From the Peyton Manning addition in 2012, to Wes Welker a year ago and the trio of defensive studs this year, Elway and the Broncos have “broken” Twitter multiple times with signings that shock the football world.

The common thought is the Broncos are done with “big” moves this offseason, as the salary cap is now seriously in play and there has already been major roster turnover for a team that played in the Super Bowl a season ago.

But, one columnist in town says Denver shouldn’t be done, yet, and the team needs to go make another big splash by adding former Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson.

In a new column this morning, Doug Ottewill,¬†Editor-in-Chief of Mile High Sports, pleads with CJ2K to consider the Broncos and a chance to win a championship. It’s a pretty darn compelling read, and you can check it out right here.
