Philadelphia Eagles fans, I present to you your dumb news of the day.
Just recently, it was announced that New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning was set to have ankle surgery today.
Giants QB Eli Manning will undergo an arthroscopic procedure on his left ankle this afternoon.

Now, this type of news is something I would never post on her. Hell, I don’t even care about it. But then I saw this tweet…
Eli Manning will have ankle surgery later this afternoon? He was just playing b-ball with Peyton & co. at Duke! Lol pic.twitter.com/d67OF0e0jA

What an idiot. Did he injury his ankle playing ball? I damn sure hope not, because that would be just idiotic. I don’t care if he plays for the Giants. What a boneheaded move.
I’m sure that’s not the case. But Eli’s visit to Duke marks the second time an NFC East QB has been there of late.
I mean come on, like you didn't know Duke was bound to lose after this happened. pic.twitter.com/k7lxcOvv7z
