Details are starting to emerge from the incident involving 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick, receiver Quinton Patton and Seahawks receiver Ricardo Lockette, and a woman who wound up in a hospital after hanging out with them at the Viceory hotel in Miami on April 2.
According to a police report obtained by radio host Andy Slater of Miami’s 940 WINZ, Lockette called 911 twice that night when an unidentified woman refused to leave his apartment. Although the report was not made public, Miami Police Department confirmed to CSN Bay Area that it is accurate and has declined to comment further.
Slater posted a copy of the report he obtained to the station’s website and to his personal Twitter feed.

Officers were dispatched to Lockette’s suite after he called 911 at 12:03 a.m. on April 2, the report says. It is believed Kaepernick and Patton were sharing the suite with Lockette, who was cut by the 49ers during training camp last season and has been training with his two former teammates the last two months in Miami.
The three players were mentioned in an incident report that Miami Police revealed last week. It was filed by an unidentified woman who claimed she partied with them and retreated to a bedroom because she felt light headed. According to the initial police report, the woman says Kaepernick kissed and undressed her but that they did not have sex that night. She woke up in a hospital the next day.
No arrests have been made, and no charges have been filed.
Friday Kaepernick took to Twitter to refute a TMZ Sports report that said he was under investigation for a possible sexual assault, saying it was “completely wrong.”
