Top 10 cornerback prospects: Where the Colts come in

Signing veteran corner Vontae Davis last month was a key for the Indianapolis Colts. Adding depth is just as important.

While head coach Chuck Pagano has publicly stated the team will target a safety in the draft, and rightly so as it is the biggest need for the Colts. However, adding depth at the cornerback position will be key as well.

Expect the Colts to monitor several players who’s draft stock slips and are still on the board in rounds 5-7. They will attack a player who may only be a special teams player for a year or two, but could be a potential number 2 by year two or three.
