And with their next selection the Houston Texans pick…

The editors at cover32 came out with their top- 10 kickers / punters in the NFL Draft today; will the Houston Texans draft one of the guys on the list?

The Texans have continued to state that they have full confidence in Randy Bullock as the team’s starting kicker. However if you look at his stats they show that out of all kickers in the league last year that attempted ten or more field goals he was 30th out of 32 kickers in field goal percentage (74%). The only kickers that had a lower percentage of field goals made were Garrett Hartley (73%) and Sebastian Janikowski (70%).

Bullock was 1-5 on field goals of 50+ yards, which ranks him dead last in the league in that category.

Even with a vote of confidence from the team, I believe the Texans will take a look at a few of the guys on this list as potential replacements for Bullock.
