Cleveland Browns’ GM Ray Farmer says that they have made up their minds on who they want to take at #4 overall:

According to Farmer, the question is not who, but whether or not the Browns “will have a chance to take him”. Speculation around the NFL is that the Browns want Texas A&M’s Johnny Manziel. But with a statement that strong, he could be talking about Jadeveon Clowney, the all-around best player coming out in 2014. And he will definitely not be around at #4.
In other news, the Browns’ quarterback-until-the-draft Brian Hoyer is winning at life.

Hoyer is 3-0 as a starting quarterback for the Cleveland Browns. And he can cook better than your average celebrity. Maybe the Browns don’t need to draft a quarterback?
Just kidding. Yes they do.
