President Obama does Richard Sherman impression

On Saturday night several Seattle Seahawks attended the White House Correspondents Dinner, more commonly known in my social circles as nerd prom. If you’re unfamiliar, it’s a 100 year tradition wherein reporters hob-knob with Washington elite. The President roasts the media and the media roasts the President to honor the tradition of the free press and first amendment.

Obama had a few good zingers on Saturday, including doing an impression of Richard Sherman. Here’s the clip:

If you’re wondering what Sherman said in response I’ve heard that he said “mediocre!” Here’s Obama’s full speech. If you don’t like the President or political jokes then the good news is you don’t have to watch.

Soup host Joel McHale did the main roast, who is a major Seahawks fan. He threw a few jabs at Peyton Manning. Here’s his whole thing:

Sherman, Wilson and a few other NFL players attended the Vanity Fair after party and took some selfies with celebrities. Good times. Get partisan one way or another in the comments section and they will be deleted as quickly as they are found.
