New York Giants Draft Tracker: Results and rapid reactions


Finally, the NFL Draft is here and before long we will get to see who the New York Giants believe can be vital pieces to their future success.

This year’s draft class has been so difficult to predict for the Giants and general manager Jerry Reese and company have done a great job not showing their hand. It’s draft day, and no one can pinpoint whether they’ll take an offensive lineman, defensive lineman, receiver, tight end or even a linebacker.

With the 12th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the New York Giants have selected… Odell Beckham Jr., the receiver out of LSU.

With the 43rd overall selection in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Giants made another big splash on offense by adding top-ranked center Weston Richburg out of Colorado State.

The Giants addressed a need once again in the third round, this time selecting defensive tackle Jay Bromley from Syracuse with the 74th overall selection.

We’ve put together some outstanding scouting reports with in-depth analysis on all three players taken so far by the Giants:

The Giants went back to the well with their fourth-round selection, picking up running back Andre Williams. The Heisman finalist will be the fourth former BC Eagle on the Giants roster.

In the fifth round, they went against the grain with a guy who doesn’t have great measurables but looks good on film: strong safety Nat Berhe.
