ESPN incorrectly reported that A.J. McCarron was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens


For a moment on Saturday, it looked as though A.J. McCarron was headed to the Baltimore Ravens. In what would have been a surprising selection, ESPN announced that the Alabama quarterback was picked in the fourth round by Ozzie Newsome and Company.

As it turned out, the Ravens used their two compensatory picks at the end of the fourth round (No. 134 and 138 overall) on defensive tackle Brent Urban and running back Lorenzo Taliaferro.
