Two Miami Dolphins make NFLN's top 100

Each year after the draft, NFL Network makes a list of the best 100 players in the NFL. Last year Cam Wake was the only Dolphins player on the list, Wake came in at an extremely questionable 89 on the list.

This year Brent Grimes came in 95th for the top players of 2013. Brent Grimes continues to get severely underrated by the competition.  Grimes was easily a top three corner in 2013, second in PFF ratings as a cornerback and didn’t allow a single  touchdown all season.

Grimes was healthy and consistent as he played the third most snaps among cornerbacks. It will be a shame when players like Patrick Peterson, Revis, Alterraun Verner and even Vonte Davis have a chance to be higher on the list.

Charles Clay then came in at number 89 (I don’t understand how he was higher than grimes). Clay had a great season with plenty of highlight plays, but was somewhat inconsistent. Clay had many great plays including a touchdown against the Steelers in which he broke two tackles and a fourth down conversion against the patriots, thanks to some fancy footwork.

Charles Clay being ranked 89 seems fair, Clay is on the verge of becoming a great player, but isn’t there just yet. Grimes being ranked 95 seems to be extremely inaccurate, what do you guys think?
