Ray Rice and his wife, Janay, held a “press conference” today to discuss the incident that occurred in Las Vegas in which an unconscious Janay was seen being dragged out of an elevator by Ray.
The “press conference” wasn’t really that, as the media wasn’t allowed to ask questions, but it was a complete disaster — specifically from the Ravens official Twitter account. A sampling:
Terrific tweet, NFL team. RT @Ravens: Janay Rice says she deeply regrets the role that she played the night of the incident.

Who in the Baltimore organization thought this press conference would play well?

What's worse, him saying it or the Ravens tweeting it? RT @Ravens Ray Rice: "Failure is not getting knocked down. It's not getting up."

Maybe they shouldn't have used this quote: RT @Ravens: Ray Rice: "Failure is not getting knocked down. It's not getting up."

Do we think the person who runs @Ravens will have a job tomorrow?
