Grade Day: What grade does Bill O’Brien’s playlist get?

New Houston Texans head coach Bill O’Brien is already making quite the name for himself. After banning Segways around team practice facilities, the man has released one very interesting yet incredibly awesome playlist for the team during practices.

O’Brien, defending his songs, used some of the following words:

“I like a lot of different types of music: country, rap, all kinds of music. I just make sure that it’s very respectful music, clean music,” and then defended his choice, saying  “That’s my music. Some guys are complaining already about it but that’s too bad.”

Some of O’Briens songs include “Shipping Up to Boston” by the Dropkick Murphys, “Here I Go Again” by Whitesnake and “Hard Knock Life” by Jay Z. To view the complete list, click here,

As a result of what is an amazing playlist with a great mix of songs, old and new, and the different genres, it’s safe to say O’Brien’s choice of music and playlist warrants him an A+ rating.
