Indianapolis Colts safety Laron Landry will miss this weeks minicamp, which is in its second day today.
Usually that is no big deal for Landry, as he prefers to workout on his own throughout the offseason, but according to general manager Ryan Grigson, he has a lower body injury.

So was Laundry hiding the injury from the team? It appears he might have, and thought he could have been healthy by now in order to participate in the required minicamp.
Every veteran player must go through a physical in order to particiapate, but Laundry had not gone through that part yet. However Grigson stated that he will be ready for training camp next month.

Laudnry was not available to the media today as he declined interviews.
Yet, Chuck Pagano wished Landry took part in some offseason workouts in order to be fully healthy by now. It is a bigger issue that he take part in as many practices and drills this offseason, as he will have a new starting safety beside him as Antoine Bethea is now with the San Francisco 49ers.
Delano Howell is expected to win the starting job, but he too is battling an injury, and has not practiced during minicamp yet.
