During the last day of the Colts three day minicamp, Pagano gave a message to all of his players about their 34 day layoff before training camp.
His message- avoid making negative headlines for the team.
The Colts had three players get in trouble during the layoff last summer, Joe Lefeged was arrested, and Weslye Saunders and LaVon Brazil were suspended for failing drug tests. The message might have come a little-to-late, as Robert Mathis has already been suspended, and owner Jim Irsay has certainly caused major headlines for his arrest.
The Colts are entering their third year under head coach Chuck Pagano, and the expectations are as high as ever. He has hinted several times during practices that the goal for the season is the Super Bowl.
