Cowboys agree to terms with veteran Guard Nwaneri

Dallas, TX – The Cowboys have added more depth to their already stacked offensive line, by signing former Jaguars guard Uche Nwaneri. Nwaneri was a former fifth-round selection by the Jags in 2007.

At 6’3 and 303 lbs, Nwaneri has the ability to step in and contribute if need be. He has started 94 games in the league and all 63 games in the last four seasons. It’s unclear what Nwaneri’s role will be but most likely a back-up that can be activated on game-days.

Nwaneri has played guard but some coaches believe he has the versatility to help in more ways than one. Nwaneri, a Dallas native is on his way home.
