Andrew Luck enjoys Twitter for the first time

Andrew Luck has a flip phone, never had cable in college, and rarely watched TV. So it was no surprise when the Indianapolis Colts selected Luck with the first overall pick in the 2012 draft that the young man does not use social media.

In today’s game, many players and teams communicate with their fans on Twitter. A social media site that lets a person express themselves in 140 characters or less. Well on the Colts official Twitter handle yesterday Luck was answering fan questions. Below is how some of those went.

So Luck took on a wide variety of questions during yesterday’s Twitter Q&A. The best moment however when he called out the fan for him wearing a Denver Broncos jersey in his profile picture.

Luck may be boring to some media member, but he is the perfect fit for right here in Indianapolis, and the fans love him for that. For him to take the time out to answer fans questions is also another way for him to show just how humble he is.

He ended the session by signing off and thanking the fans.
