Finally, we have some resolution in the Ray Rice ordeal.
Ray Rice to be suspended for two games, according to sources http://t.co/ZLoFjrEQyC

This puts an end to the roughly seven month saga that started in New Jersey. The expectation is that Rice’s suspension would last two to four games, and it seems as though the scenario played out in the best way possible for Ravens fans.
As is, Rice will only miss the first two games — against the Bengals away and then on the Thursday night football premier against Pittsburgh. Granted, these are two important games, but it allows the Ravens to both regroup quickly, and also see what their other running backs are capable of in the meantime. This could prove to be a blessing in disguise, and we can see what Kubiak’s offense is really made of.
I think most Ravens fans can just be happy with a resolution — and it turned out to be a half-decent one for such a full-on rotten situation.
