Tennessee Titans’ 5 most underrated players

After Buck Stanton’s article ranking the 10 most overrated players in the NFL, I thought about the Titans and who their most overrated players are. But then again, the Titans are often overlooked, and don’t always get the press that teams like the New England Patriots, Denver Broncos or Green Bay Packers get. So I thought I would shed some light on the Titans’ hidden gems, the guys who don’t always get the credit that they deserve.

Here is my list:

5. Moise Fokou

The Cameroon native played his college ball at the University of Maryland, and is coming off his first season with the Titans, after 3 seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles and one season with the Indianapolis Colts. People view Fokou as a situational linebacker, to come in when other guys need a breather and provide tenacity and smart play. Most people forget he was a starting linebacker with the Eagles, and last season with the Titans he recorded a career-high 78 tackles. Fokou is now just one of many capable linebackers that the Titans have on the roster, but his value and impact on the defense should not be understated.
