Former quarterback Mark Sanchez disses New York Jets fans

New York Jets fans do not hold former quarterback Mark Sanchez in high regard. He did have a decent run for a couple of seasons but towards the end of his time with the Jets his game fell apart. Now despite leading the team to two consecutive AFC Championship games he is best known for this:

If Sanchez ever wants to repair his relationship with the Jets fanbase, he’s going about it the wrong way.

According to Bart Hubbuch of the New York Post, Sanchez says that Philadelphia Eagles fans are better than Jets fans:

Nicer! He said they’re NICER.

That’s certainly a kind thing for Sanchez to say about his new fans. Let’s just see how long that lasts the moment that he throws an interception.

Someone should tell Bart to get the whole story. He never said Philly fans are nicer than Jets fans. He was referring to Philly fans are nicer NOW as opposed to when he was with the Jets and faced them. One guy takes it the wrong way and its some big story.
