The Tennessee Titans are only going to go about as far as quarterback Jake Locker takes them in 2014. In some ways that’s not great news, as Locker hasn’t played more than 11 games in a season as of yet. In other ways it’s encouraging, because so far Locker has looked really sharp at Titans training camp.
On Sunday at practice one fan got up close and shot some videos of Locker hitting his receivers in stride and running up the seam. Take a look:
Incoming head coach Ken Whisenhunt was the offensive coordinator last year for the San Diego Chargers. Under his influence, the Chargers had one of the most efficient offenses in recent history and Phillip Rivers rejuvenated his career; returning to being one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL.
If Whisenhunt can have a similar effect on Locker it will be a major coup for the Titans.
