HERO NO. 4

Jay Cutler

Cutler looks poised for a monster season

Jay Cutler – A year ago, the Bears had the second-best offense in the league; and that was without their starting quarterback for a big chunk of the season. In 2014, however, Cutler is back to guide Marc Trestman’s offense. And in his preseason debut, he looked in midseason form, going 9-of-13 for 85 yards and a touchdown in limited action.

GOAT NO. 4

Matt Schaub

It was the some old Schaub in Oakland

Matt Schaub – The Raiders have staked their hopes on the former Texans quarterback, looking for Schaub to give them some much-needed stability at the most-important position in football. But the early returns weren’t good, as Schaub struggled against Minnesota, completing just three out of seven passes for 21 yards.

  1. How can you leave John Starks RB Packers off the Heroes list? RB #2 behind Eddie Lacy, steps up and starts the game with 1st teamers as the Packers kept Lacy out and all the Starknado did was carry the ball 6 times for 49 yards and a TD, all on the 1st drive in the down pour rain and vs Tennessee’s 1st team defense!
