Grade Day: Indianapoilis Colts cheerleaders accept ice bucket challenge

A charity trend has been making its rounds across social media as of late. It has finally stopped in Colts country. What is the trend? Dumping a bucket of ice water on your head for ALS.

ALS stands for Amytrophic lateral sclerosis, and is often known better as the Lou Gehrig’s Disease. It affects the nerve cells in your brain and spinal cord. Unfortunately for people who develop this sickness will pass away.

Recently local news station Fox 59 challenged the entire Colts cheer-leading squad to do this, and they accepted. Click HERE to watch the entire video.

Since the trend has started, more than $2.3 million dollars has been raised for the cause. Simply amazing, and that is why the weeks grade gets an A.
