As you may or may not know, one of the biggest trends as of late has involved people pouring a huge bucket of ice and water over their heads to promote awareness for ALS, otherwise known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. This illness weakens muscles, and makes it difficult to talk, swallow and breathe.
Many folks involved in professional sports have been doing it, and Houston Texans head coach Bill O’Brien decided to jump in and do it.

O’Brien then challenged the other AFC South coaches to do it, which means they’ll have to nominate someone afterwards.
Hat tip to you, Bill.
