AMAZING PHOTO: Green Bay Packers reveal secret weapon at wide receiver

We know that the Green Bay Packers wide receiver corps is already stocked with talent. Randall Cobb, Jordy Nelson and Jarrett Boykin are all Pro-Bowl quality players, and rookies like Devante Adams and Jeff Janis are looking strong so far.

But what if the team has been hiding an ace up its sleeve?¬†What if there’s a secret weapon at wide receiver that they’ve been hanging onto and waiting to deploy at the right time?

That just might be the case, based on these photos that the team posted to Twitter earlier today:

Your eyes are not deceiving you. That is in fact quarterback Aaron Rodgers lining up on the outside at practice.

It’s not the first time that Rodgers has been used as a receiver, though. For his career Rodgers has one catch – it came in 2012 and netted a total of one yard lost.

Don’t quit your day job, Aaron.

Lest we forget — the receiver who caught Brett Favre’s first pass as a Packer was …… Brett Favre. The ball was tipped and Brett hauled it in himself!

Hey, if it helps get a win over a playoff opponent, let’s run the old QB pitches to Cobb, goes out for pass on far sideline while the defense is chasing Cobb or his potential downfield receivers. It’s all on the line in playoffs, can’t leave anything on the field, Favre wouldn’t.
