After the Green Bay Packers embarrassed the shirtless boat crew in New York, get ready to see a hurricane of analysts gushing over QB Aaron Rodgers. Trust me, I know! As someone from Detroit, I’ve learned a thing or two about Aaron Rodgers lovefests.

Get ready to hear about how hot Aaron Rodgers is. On ESPN. On Cover32. On the radio, on Twitter, on Facebook. In magazines, in memes, in stories, in quotes.

You’ll hear things like:

“He’s as hot as anyone in football right now!”

“Aaron Rodgers is playing the best football of his career!”

“When you’ve got a guy like Aaron Rodgers, you’ve always got a chance!”

“Let me tell you something, Aaron Rodgers makes throws NOBODY can make!”

You’ll see things like this:

And this…

The worst part? That it’s all true. Rodgers is every bit as good as they say, as nauseating as it will become over the next week. But let me tell you something Cowboys faithful, you CAN and WILL beat the Green Bay Packers. Why? Because you are BETTER team. A team. A “T-E-A-M.”

Aaron Rodgers is the best player in the Playoffs right now (outside of maybe Tom Brady) but the Cowboys have an entire formula that worked to perfection in Lambeau Field. Pound Green Bay’s average run defense with Ezekiel Elliott, play-action pass them to death and keep Rodgers off of the field.

Now don’t get too cocky. The Packers could beat the Cowboys for sure. It won’t be a blowout as it was before. Don’t expect that to happen this time. I don’t see how the Packers stop Dallas, though, despite all the hype you’re getting ready to hear (other than Skip Bayless of course).

And don’t forget, when they win, you can meme them to death – as this brilliant person did with Odell after New York’s loss.
