The purpose of “Ladies Redskins Pulpit” is to give our female fans a “pulpit”, voice to express their opinions about the organization, team, players, coaches, transactions, games, and events. Half of Redskins Nation is made up of Lady Redskins.
The next fan to use the Pulpit is Kathryn Key, aka “Key Play Mama” @keyplaymama on Twitter. Kathryn is an exceptional person and is active reppin our Washington Redskins. This is what she has to say on the “pulpit”.
“When I was 10, a friend of our family took my family to a Redskins game at RFK. It was awesome! I had always watched football with my dad, even as a little girl, sitting with him in his recliner, but this was something special! Sonny Jurgensen, Charley Taylor and Chris Hanburger were at work and I was right there!!!”
“From that moment on I was hooked. I would often wear Redskins t-shirts, sweatshirts and hats, Even during the hot Virginia summers, I would wear a knit Redskins hat while playing soccer! It was my lucky hat after all. I went to music school at UNT near Dallas Tx and would proudly represent Washington while there. I’ve lived all over the US but have never wavered in my loyalty.”

“Now my husband Charlie and I live in Williamsburg Va and we/ve had season tickets for 8 years. I converted him into a Washington fan simply because he knew it was in his best interest! Obviously he is a keeper. We’ve gone to training camp in Ashburn and Richmond several times each year and have attended special events at Redskins Park. We’ve gotten to meet many Redskins but coach Mike Shanahan and players Santana Moss, Alfred Morris, and Ryan kerrigan were our favorites.”
“I love Kirk Cousins and hope so much we are able to sign him to a long term deal. we just can’t let him get away! He is such a quality individual, works extremely hard and keeps learning and improving. Sometimes its difficult being a diehard fan but it is my destiny! I love them like family an dI wouldn’t have it any other way! HTTR!”
