The Green Bay Packers will begin their 2017 season on Sunday, September 10, at home against the Seattle Seahawks. 

While fans of the Packers anxiously wait to cheer on the team they have built their town around, training camp may just be the next best thing.

Included in this year’s camp is the annual, “Packers Family Night”, presented by Bellin Health. The occasion is to benefit Wendy’s Wonderful Kids.

On August 8, the following activities will be featured, as released by the team’s official site,

  • “On-field football drills.
  • Pick ‘N Save Family Night Picnic: In Lambeau Field’s east-side parking lot, from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
  •  Limited food & beverage available in the Johnsonville Tailgate Village 1:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  • All Veteran Parachute Team in stadium 7:15 – 7:25 p.m.
  • Chili’s Jerseys-Off-Our-Backs promotion: Packers will once again be giving away Family Night used jerseys to lucky fans in attendance following the practice.
  • Pick ‘N Save Fireworks: The evening will conclude with a spectacular fireworks & laser display.
  • Fan walkway area, from 1:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. will feature Packers displays for fans to enjoy.
    • American Family Dream Zone – Fan interactive area; football toss, photo ops, Lambeau Leap, interactive pylons & community walls.  The area features inspirational and engaging activities centered on the pursuit of dreams.”

The Packers will hold both public and non-public practices.
