1. LeGarrette Blount

Will Blount be able to bounce back from the Kansas City Chiefs game where he only saw one carry? Wholeheartedly, the Giants do have a good defense, however, they have suffered this season thus far because of their lack of offense. If the Eagles can dominate defensively, they should be able to run the ball tomorrow at will.

Ameer Abdullah rushed for 86 yards last week versus the Giants and a week before, Ezekiel Elliott rushed for over 100 yards on the Giants. They are susceptible to the run right now, it is the perfect game for the Eagles and Blount to get the run game back on track, look out for him.

2. Vinny Curry

Curry has seen the majority of the snaps at the left defensive end spot, beating out rookie Derek Barnett thus far. With that being said, he could further cement his position with a big game tomorrow.

He has not registered a sack this season, but he has done a great job at applying pressure. However, tomorrow’s game gives his a golden opportunity to rack the sacks up. He will be up against Giants tackle Ereck Flowers, who has been abysmal this season. He is very low in confidence and has been getting beat like a parked car. Curry could end up having a big day for the Eagles.

3. Chris Maragos

With Rodney McLeod a game-time decision and Jaylen Watkins and Corey Graham already ruled out, the Eagles are looking very thin at safety. Maragos might see a lot of time tomorrow for the Eagles.

Maragos is a solid player, but nowhere near the level of McLeod and Graham. If McLeod cannot go, it will be a big blow for the Eagles. But, regardless, Maragos will slide in at safety and see some snaps. Being this is his first time doing that this season, this is a big game for him. You can bet the Giants will attack him when he is in. The Eagles are going to need him to step up and play ball come tomorrow.

This is a big game tomorrow for the Eagles, they can start the season off 2-1 and have a perfect division record of 2-0. These three players will play a big role in the Eagles game tomorrow and if they are to win, expect these three players to have a big influence.
