Titans Defense

The Titans defensive snaps are listed below. David King was acquired via waivers. Johnathan Cyprien, LeShaun Sims, Tye Smith, and Aaron Wallace have been injured. Kevin Byard has played every snap and Logan Ryan has played almost every snap. Adoree Jackson’s best game was against Jacksonville and that was also his lowest percentage. Does the rookie need a bit of rest during the game? Avery Williamson missed some tackles against Jacksonville and hasn’t played as much since. Brice McCain’s usage greatly fluctuates week to week. Curtis Riley seems to have surpassed DaNorris Searcy as the key backup safety. Also of note, he is now listed as a free safety. Sylvester Williams didn’t even play 25 percent of the snaps the first three games and then played more than 50 percent in the loss against the Texans. After a stellar performance against Jacksonville, Wesley Woodyard has seen his time increase. Brynden Trawick hasn’t played defense since week one. LeShaun Sims was the incumbent starter and the starter throughout training camp. His percentages of less than 50 percent have been a big surprise.
