Football fans, we are back again for the eighth installment of “Call Your Shot” where we will take a look every game, every week, and predict a winner. Buckle your seatbelts folks, here we go.

Miami Dolphins @ Baltimore Ravens

The Dolphins have stumbled their way to a 4-2 record and into the AFC playoff picture. The Ravens have stumbled, but have not found success like the Dolphins have. I like the Dolphins in this matchup, they seem to find a way.

Dolphins win 17-7

Minnesota Vikings @ Cleveland Browns

The Browns are the Browns and I have less hope for them than ever with their quarterback situation. Meanwhile, the Vikings are shaping up like one of the best teams in the NFC. This one isn’t a close choice

Vikings win 24-10

Carolina Panthers @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Panthers and Buccaneers have both been struggling lately, but the Buccaneers have been the bigger disappointment. Regardless, I like their chances of getting on track at home tonight.

Buccaneers win 20-13

Indianapolis Colts @ Cincinnati Bengals

The Colts have been playing poorly lately, struggling in a lot of ways and have now lost Malik Hooker for the season. The Bengals have seemed to step their game up lately, playing at a somewhat decent level.

Bengals win 27-14

Oakland Raiders @ Buffalo Bills

The Raiders got back on track last week, putting forth their most complete performance of the season. The Bills, meanwhile, have been playing consistent football all season. Oakland is a tough team to beat when they are playing to their potential, and I think there is a chance they continue playing to that high level for the weeks to come.

Raiders win 23-17

Los Angeles Chargers @ New England Patriots

The Patriots are one of the best teams in the entire NFL, arguably the best. The Chargers are not, and they aren’t even close.

Patriots win 38-14

Atlanta Falcons @ New York Jets

The Falcons have been somewhat disappointing this season, but I still think they are a better team than the Jets. The Jets seem to have peaked shortly ago, and the Falcons need to pick up their game.

Falcons win 20-7

Chicago Bears @ New Orleans Saints

The Bears have a strong defense that may be able to compete with the Saints offense. However, I don’t think the weak offense of the Bears will be able to get enough going against a tough Saints defense.

Saints win 17-6

Houston Texans @ Seattle Seahawks

There’s just something about this Texans team that makes them a threat every week and I think that will cause them to dethrone the Seahawks at home this week.

Texans win 23-14

Dallas Cowboys @ Washington Redskins

Regardless of a loss to the Eagles this past week, I still think the Redskins have a chance to be one of the best teams in the NFC. The Cowboys had an impressive game behind a strong performance from Ezekiel Elliott, but I’m not convinced they are back on track.

Redskins win 24-13

Pittsburgh Steelers @ Detroit Lions

The Steelers are on fire right now and I don’t see any signs of them slowing down. The Lions have had an up and down year and I don’t see them finding consistency behind a hobbled Matthew Stafford.

Steelers win 34-27

Philadelphia Eagles @ San Francisco 49ers

The Eagles are the best team in the NFC and maybe the league right now. The 49ers are winless, and would need to pull off the upset of the year to win.

Eagles win 31-13

Denver Broncos @ Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs are one of the best teams in football and the Broncos are a mess, I don’t see Denver scoring points or defending the Chiefs well enough to win.

Chiefs win 24-7
