The Jaguars are back in action as they head into Week 9 as they will face a pass happy Bengals offense led by Andy Dalton. The Jaguars defensive line has been incredible this season. They have 33 sacks on the season, with plenty of weeks still to play. Calais Campbell is leading this monstrous line that are giving offensive linemen trouble.

Another scary part of the defensive line? They added Marcell Dareus from the Buffalo Bills. If Dareus is able to stay on the field and produce the way he did back in 2014, this Jaguars defensive line could go down as one of the best in history.

This defensive line will be a major factor in their possible win for this week.

This Bengals offense loves to pass. Especially if the ball is going to star wideout A.J. Green. This season, the Bengals have won most of their games through the air. This can cause concern for the Jags secondary, but if the defensive line is able to pressure Dalton, that offense won’t be able to drive down the field.

The Bengals have shown that they are a team that no one can take lightly. They can put points up like it’s nothing at some points. They are able to move the ball if they see an opportunity. If the defensive line for Jacksonville keeps on playing out of their minds, the Jags should handle the Bengals, no problem.

I’m not saying it’ll be the main reason why the Jaguars win, but their defensive line can make a huge impact to secure a win.
