Week 9 Running Back Rankings

Todd Gurley  Gurley who is coming off a bye and facing the Giants should be the top running back this week.
Leonard Fournette  Also coming off a bye and being a top running back while facing a semi-tough Bengals defense should be in for a great game.
Adrian Peterson  I’m buying into the Adrian Peterson hype! After going off in his first game with the Cardinals and now he is facing the worst running defense in the league, he should do wonderfully!
Kareem Hunt  After a slow game and playing on Monday I still think Hunt should do well but not his accustomed top three.
Mark Ingram  Many will say he is ranked too high but to say Ingram is doing well is an understatement and that should continue.
Aaron Jones  Jones has to produce to take some pressure off the passing game.
Carlos Hyde  Hyde has been slightly sluggish the past games but this should be a bounce-back game.
Joe Mixon  Mixon has been on a prominent rise and that rise should spike or continue this week.
Doug Martin  I’ve been high on Martin so far and against the Saints, he will be a top 10 running back.
Devonta Freeman  Coming off an okay game Freeman should see either more or the same this week.
Lamar Miller  This week he will be ranked pretty high but in the future, it most likely will go down due to losing QB Deshaun Watson.
Chris Thompson  Thompson has been one of the Redskins best receivers despite the fact that he is a running back. I do not foresee his receiving yards to stop
Marlon Mack  Mack has been good the past few weeks and I am expecting a great game this week.
Ameer Abdullah  The Lions have waited decades for the Packers to have a poor passing game. They will be anxious to pounce on a division rival this week
Lamar Miller   This week he will be ranked pretty high but in the future, it most likely will go down due to losing QB Deshaun Watson.
Frank Gore  Gore has been decent this year but it may be Marlon Mack’s time to shine.
DeMarco Murray  Murray should be used in the passing game as carries shift toward Henry
Alvin Kamara  The Bucs have been an awful pass defense in 2017. Ingram has done well since ADP was traded. Kamara should find his niche this week in the passing game.
Christian McCaffrey  Maybe the largest benefactor of the Benjamin trade
Orleans Darkwa  The Rams will be tough on D til the day Donald retires, but they do allow 123 rushing yards per game.
Damien Williams  Third-down running back thrust into the starting role by trade.
Alex Collins  Collins faces a Titans defense that has been outstanding the last few weeks after a poor start.
Tevin Coleman  Always useful in PPR leagues
Marshawn Lynch  The suspension should be just the chip on the shoulder Lunch needs to be his typical self.
Kenyan Drake  Better pure runner than Williams but less experienced and seems to have less faith from the coaching staff. Let’s see what he can earn “in their eyes” this week.
