In a reversal of what we will expect to see during the 2014 regular season, Josh Gordon is practicing on the field, while 1st-round draft pick Justin Gilbert is not.
#browns wrJosh Gordon is practicing in OTAs today. CbjustinGilbert (knee) not practicing. Tweaked knee last week.

Gordon is awaiting ruling on his missed/failed drug test, and it is widely expected he will miss a significant amount of playing time in 2014. Until the ruling, however, he is practicing away. Justin Gilbert on the other hand, is expected to start opposite Pro-Bowl corner Joe Haden, but is being held out of practice to heal his tweaked knee. He has assured Cleveland that the tweak is not something to worry about.
Back to the Josh Gordon situation – morale on the issue is not high. A very typical comment:
The Browns do not want you to use the word “stupid” when referring to Josh Gordon. So how else can you describe someone who blows $60 mil?

Happy Tuesday, Cleveland!
